We’re laying out the red carpet – OK, maybe more like red wood – for the premiere of Animal’s new video “Cuts” this Saturday, May 15th. Stop by to screen the video and join the BMX Jam from 7:30pm until midnight! Door prizes and giveaways from Animal and Tenpack Distribution.
*Admission: $15 after 7:00pm*
Once again, some lucky students get to spend a day away from the classroom.
If Friday, May 7th is a P.A. Day for you…get your saddle-cover on over here and go for an early Joyride!!! Park opens at 12:00 NOON!

This Saturday, April 24th, Joyride150 will be hosting the WANT BMX Contest. The competition will take place on the Expert Jump Lines…so get ready for some sick tricks!
Registration starts at 11:00am

The intermediate jump line and elevated cross-country loop will be shut down for spectators from 1:00pm – 4:00pm (approx). Sorry for the inconvenience – but COME ON – how spectacular is this gonna be???
(Spectators get in free – but no bikes allowed. You bring your bike – you pay to get in.)
***DON’T FORGET – EVERYONE ENTERING THE PARK MUST SIGN A WAIVER.*** Even if you are not riding (ie. ‘just watching’), you still have to sign a waiver. And this means that if you are under 18, you need your parent to sign it – not some other adult – YOUR VERY OWN PARENT!

If you haven’t been to Joyride in a while – you’re missing out! The elves have been working steadily on new park features (where did you think they went during their time off after Christmas…the Bahamas???)
We’ve got:
-2 new grind boxes in the street park
-an expanded deck
-a new wall ride feature
-and several new berms on the xc loop that are wicked fast!

If you’re not amongst the poor grade tenners undergoing literacy testing tomorrow, you’re more than welcome to show up early and ride at noon. More riding – yippeeee!!!

What comes first…the bunny or the egg?
I’m thinking you should probably work on your bunny hop before you master the ”egg beater” (AKA - ”tail whip” for those youngens)…and you can do it at Joyride over the Easter holidays. Hey – no excuses – we’ve even given you more chances to dial it in with our extended hours.
