Join us at the inaugural Mountain Bike Ontario Trailblazing Festival! The Festival will take place on Saturday, July 16th, 2011 at Kelso Conservation Area, 5234 Kelso Road, Milton, Ontario.
The goal of Trailblazing is to promote the sport of mountain biking in Ontario and raise awareness of Ontario’s diverse network of trail systems. The Trailblazing Festival is designed to appeal to all mountain biking disciplines and riders from beginners to advanced.
DOWNHILL: The Kelso chairlifts will be running for Downhill/Freeriders to hit the O-Cup DH course. Wanna try it for the first time or improve that race time? The Silent Norco Down Hill Team are offering DH skills clinics.
XC: If cross-country is more your style, you can attend a Sacred Rides Skills sessions taught by pro instructors for beginner to advanced riders. There will also be an IMBA Epic Ride on Sunday where you can put those skills to the test! There will be guided rides for all levels, women’s specific and kids as well.
DIRTJUMP: There will be plenty of dirt for the DJ crowd at the IMBA designed pump track.
And of course, there will be a
SKILLZ PARK with fun new features for every skill level to try…including a mini skillz area for kids!!!
