Now that the nice weather is approaching, our spin schedule will be transitioning to road rides…because really, who wants to sit & sweat inside when you can have some fun outside – afterall, it’s called ’JOY’ride, is it not?
Soooooo…the cool thing about Joyride is that our spin/rides go RAIN or SHINE! That’s right – we’ve got ‘R.O.S.’ rides.
If it’s RAINING - we do a spin class INSIDE the JoyrideFIT Spin Studio on trainers.
If the sun is SHINING - we do a road ride OUTSIDE on the beautiful country roads – departing from the Joyride parking lot. (you must bring your own road bike of course!)
Where else can you be guaranteed a ride – rain or shine???
